Harvard Graduates Conduct Trainings for Real LIFE Scholars

The Center for Asia Leadership (CAL) brought their Teaching Fellows from Harvard University for the Asia Youth Leadership Conference last August 8, held for the first time in the Philippines and especially for Real LIFE scholars, alumni, and coaches.

There were plenary sessions and Stefano Zordan did a talk on the difference between leadership and management.

The CAL Teaching Fellows held breakout sessions on introduction to negotiation, iterative adaptation, leadership communications, design thinking, and adaptive leadership.

There were also sessions on writing impressive emails and statements of purpose, interview skills, networking, and finding one’s passion.
