Last July 22, 2021, we officially launched our new Real LIFE Monitoring and Processing System (MAPS).

MAPS is a one-stop platform that integrates three systems: the Scholar Portal, One Database, and Staff Tools.

Right in the Scholar Portal, our scholars can now personally update their academic and commitment profiles. They will be able to submit fund requests and liquidation reports as well as receive updates about them. They can also read important announcements on the site.

For the national and local teams, the One Database and Staff Tools will assist in recording and tracking the scholars’ status and submissions, reducing redundancies. These will also aid in the implementation of updated finance policies, automate our finance processes, and minimize risk for fraud.

Thanks to Real LIFE MAPS, our teams can now experience more efficient workflows while serving our scholars better.

All this is the fruit of our collaboration with Every Nation Philippines. We commend the hard work of our team members Hannah Resuello who led the project team and Arra Dagñalan who provided oversight on finance-related aspects of the system.

We thank Archie Gloria, Jared Fernandez, Jonathan Salem, Khei Nonan, KM Ramirez, Lloyd Sahagun, and Ralph Gannaban from the Every Nation Philippines I.T. department, Joyce Templo, Lorie De Guzman, Rona Bagabay from the Every Nation Philippines finance department, and Joy Que from the office of the president of Every Nation Philippines for making this possible.
